My EB-1A petition was finally approved after receiving an RFE (Request for Additional Evidence).

Before working with the Chen Immigration Group, I had worked with another well-known law firm for my EB-2 NIW case. However, I realized that the EB-2 NIW process was taking much longer than I had expected. So, I asked my previous lawyer (not from Chen Group) about trying for EB-1A instead. My lawyer told me that my case was borderline and that my chances of approval were around 30–50%. I hesitated because that didn’t sound very promising.

Later, I contacted the Chen Immigration Group for an evaluation of my EB-1A case. Ms. Chen reviewed my background and told me that she believed I had a strong profile for EB-1A. I decided to proceed with Chen Group, and my case was eventually approved — Ms. Chen was right.

My experience with Chen Immigration has been nothing but positive! Before retaining them for my EB1-B petition, they provided a detailed assessment of my case against the USCIS criteria, which I later used to advocate for myself.
