My experience with Chen Immigration has been nothing but positive! Before retaining them for my EB1-B petition, they provided a detailed assessment of my case against the USCIS criteria, which I later used to advocate for myself. They were also very active in engaging with my employer to make sure that I had the full support of my employer. I retained them for an EB1-B petition with "Approval or Refund" service. My assigned attorney, Michael Praglowski, J.D, was very professional and responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion. One of my recommenders had a scheduled vacation that required a very quick turnaround. Michael expedited the process and got all the petition letter and recommendation letters back to me in time, leaving plenty of time for my recommender and I to review and revise the materials before signing. And the material they prepared are very thorough and made a strong case with supporting evidence. I had very little to revise, even for the first draft! I found no error whatsoever in the materials they prepared, which really reflects their attention to detail. My case with premium processing was approved without RFE. Although I did not retain them for I485, they provided a comprehensive DIY package that I found very useful when I DIYed my I485 petition.
