My experience with Chen Immigration has been nothing but positive! Before retaining them for my EB1-B petition, they provided a detailed assessment of my case against the USCIS criteria, which I later used to advocate for myself. They were also very active in engaging with my employer to make sure that I had the full support of my employer. I retained them for an EB1-B petition with "Approval or Refund" service. My assigned attorney, Michael Praglowski, J.D, was very professional and responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion.
