I initially filed my NIW petition through Ellis Porter. I received an RFE challenging all three Dhanasar prongs, and the case was later denied based on the second and third prongs. Honestly, I do not believe the denial was caused by a weakness in my profile. Based on my experience, I felt that my previous petition did not receive enough time, attention, or careful preparation. Important parts of my background and proposed endeavor were not presented as strongly as they could have been.

After the denial, I decided to refile with Chen. Preparing the case with Chen took a little more time and effort, but it was completely worth it.
